We’re looking for a talented marketing exec to join our team and work on all of the natural foods brands, joining our team to make a real difference, alongside living our values.We’re on the hunt to find a great new member of our team to take care of our consumers – the people who matter most – be it on the phone, by post, email, social media or sometimes even in person when they pop in to say “hi”.Our consumers are the most important people and we need someone who represents our values and is able to manage the hundreds of contacts we receive each week. This is a busy role and we need someone that’s ready to jump straight in. And of course, on top of that, you can enjoy delicious snacks every day!The Marketing assistant will be the lead consumer champion delivering great consumer care ensuring that anyone who gets in touch goes away loving us even more than they did before. The job also entails various general responsibilities supporting the marketing team. Main responsibilities include:
- Looking after consumer contacts for all of the natural Foods brands over the phone, email (using Zendesk), social media and mail. Ensure brand managers are aware of any recurring issues/suggestions.
- Ensure a good relationship with our fulfilment house and make sure all send outs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Responding to written enquiries and complaints from consumers, writing in a personal way and ensuring all our loving fans receive a timely response.
- Lead on ‘surprise & delight’ send-outs to our loyal fans at key times of year and as needed.
- Lead on buyer boxes send outs for our sales team and other ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Work with our Quality control manager to report and respond on any product-related enquiries and providing the QC manager with monthly reports.
- Manage the weekly contact tracker to monitor our contact and KPIs, flagging concerns and solutions to ensure KPIs are met.
- Produce a monthly Consumer Report for the wider business – summarising consumer highlights and providing useful, relevant updates and business insights to share with the rest of the team.
- Be the face of consumer to the wider business, sharing insights and feedback where relevant and ensuring everyone is aware of the great work being done by the team and how this supports the company objectives.
- Supporting on any administrative marketing ad-hoc initiatives.
- Manage the marketing stock cupboard to make sure sufficient product is always in stock for the send outs that take place.
Profile
These are the most important things we’re looking for from you:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced work environment, preferably a consumer facing brand
- 1 year+ experience in a consumer facing/customer service team and preferably experience in running a successful IG page
- An infectious passion for what we’re trying to achieve and for putting consumers’ needs first
- A great communicator
- A warm and friendly manner
- Proactive, autonomous & organised
- A fast learner, flexible and open
- A responsible and positive attitude
- A sense of humour
- Experience using Zendesk would be a plus
