Process Operator Packaging
- As an operator in our packaging department, you assist in the packaging of our delicious cookies and snacks.
- Additionally, you have the important task to identify and report any product or packaging deviation to the all-round operator.
- At the end of your shift, you help clean up the packaging line and work environment.
Proces Operator Bakery
- As a process operator in the Bakery department, you make a significant contribution to the quality of our delicious products.
- Here, we prepare, manipulate, and process dough and toppings to bake various types of cookies.
- You work with machinery and equipment in line with specific standards and recipes. If there are any issues with the production line, you troubleshoot or seek help from a colleague. Additionally, you are responsible for noticing any product deviations.
- At the end of the shift, you ensure all equipment and work environment are clean.

Sintjohannesga
Streek 71, Sintjohannesga
In the Frisian village of Sintjohannesga, you will find one of our production locations.
Here, with great passion and pride, we make our Peijnenburg Gingerbread and Snelle Jelle's.
Every day, we work together with 70 colleagues, divided into 3 shifts, with the common goal to delight customers with our delicious products.
Enkhuizen
Oosterdijk 3E, Enkhuizen
At our production location in Enkhuizen, you can have a look at the beautiful IJsselmeer from our cozy cafeteria. In the background, you can hear your colleagues enthusiastically playing a game of table football.
Here, with the West Frisian mentality and passion, we make our 'Roze Koeken', 'Mergpijpjes', and 'Jodekoeken', which have been favorites in grandmother's cookie jar for years.
Geldrop
Nieuwendijk 65, Geldrop
In the middle of the village, near the church, you will find our production location in Geldrop. Baker Harry Peijnenburg could not have imagined in 1883 that so many people would enjoy his gingerbread nowadays. The heart of Koninklijke Peijnenburg is located here. In fact, the headquarters, where the sales, marketing, category development, HR, finance, logistics, QESH, and R&D teams are located, is just a short 100-meter walk away.
In Geldrop, a small team bakes various types of gingerbread with great pride and passion.
