Some of our delicious biscuits and pastries are made in France in our two factories located in Briec de L'Odet and Comines. We are very proud to produce iconic and regional delicacies, including the Breton Madeleine and the Filled Waffles of Flanders.

Team Leader
- Our Team leaders serve as the driving force behind their teams, enabling smooth operations. They encourage high-level performance by developing knowledge and expertise within their teams.
- You lead your team to run the automated production line by closely following the entire process: dough preparation, dough weight and oven temperatures in the production area or pack sealing, case packing and palletization in the packaging area. You constantly work in collaboration with technicians to solve machinery problems and execute format/product changeovers.
- You lead the entire production process. Thanks to a good coordination of your team, you ensure the production of delicious cookies that meets our high quality standards !
- You work in a 3-shift system or in a fixed day shift.
Line Operator
- As a Line Operator, you are experienced enough to operate machines in a production or a packaging area for different types of delicious pastries.
- Thanks to your knowledge of quality requirements and food safety, we succeed in consistently producing the best cookies for our customers!
- You work in a 3-shift system or in a fixed day shift.
Machine Operator
- In the entire process, from dough preparation to packaging, it is important that our cookies are made with care and passion.
- The manufacturing process at our facility incorporates a modern and partially automated machinery setup. Your role is to operate these machines. You get them started and perform production operations with the support of your Line Leader and the technical team.
- With your expertise, you are a key contributor in the production team!
- You work in a 3-shift system or in a fixed day shift.

Comines is a small town of 13.000 inhabitants in the north of France located near Lille. This factory is responsible for the production of a part of our range of pastries and waffles.
Every day, our employees can enjoy the sweet smell of Frangipanes, Filled Waffles and Tartelices. We consider this as a nice extra benefit!

Briec de L'Odet is a small town of 6.000 inhabitants located in Brittany near Quimper.
Yummy ! Our classic Madeleines or chocolate marbled ones... Beautiful golden shells with a generous and indulgent hump. They are produced in our Briec factory along with our delicious Quatre-Quarts, Galettes and other Breton biscuits.
