It now has annual sales at a retail value of over £10m with listings in Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Ocado, Tesco’s, Morrison’s, Booths, Wholefoods, Amazon and 3000 independent farm shops and delis. In July 2022, Peter’s Yard was acquired by Lotus Bakeries and is now part of their Natural Foods group.

Functiebeschrijving

The Operations Executive role is on FTC for 12 months, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and is responsible day to day for 

  • Processing of sales orders into retailers, distributors and independent customers to ensure the right stock is delivered at the right time and in the correct quantitiesDaily communication with customers to ensure that all information on order queries is resolved promptly. 
  • Maintain database of ‘Proof of Deliveries’ and chase any missing documents. 
  • Daily communication with our packaging and finished goods 3PL to ensure stock is collected and delivered as expected. 
  • Daily communications with our co-manufacturer to ensure the correct level of packaging stock is held at the bakery. 
  • Packaging procurement management to ensure the correct stock levels of each packaging SKU is held at our packaging 3PL.
  • Responsible for packaging orders and stock management. 
  • Produce regular KPI reports to support the business operational performance.
  • Active member of the S&OP process to provide internal stakeholders with the most up-to-date issues affecting the business.

  • Experienced user of SAP
