Reliability Engineer

• You will provide the coaching, training and support to our technical team and operation team to ensure that they will have the right technical knowledge and problem solving to perform their work.
• You will be the expert on the plant’s equipment, e.g., machines, tools, and plant system, and deliver the commitment to maintain the efficient operation of the manufacturing equipment, optimizing resource utilization.
• You will proactively search for improvements for machines and equipment, make proposals, and drive improvements to achieve the KPI’s of the factory.
• You will lead any new project improvement and CAPEX project.
• You will perform your task with consistent results and act as a role model to follow the quality & Safety guidelines/ protocol and company TOP values.
Profiel
Qualification:
• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in engineering (preferably mechanical engineering)
Education (degree)
• Considerable technical knowledge in multiple fields and in related the mechanical, maintenance of production equipment, facilities, utilities, planning, scheduling is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and other MS Office
• Root Cause Analysis and Problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Thai with Excellent knowledge and communicable in English

• Possesses excellent technical knowledge and analytical skills.
• A hands-on problem solver with a strong focus on production.
• Able to work independently and organize own work effectively.
• Good communicator, demonstrating consistency, goal-orientation and empathy.
• Good trainer and able to localize technical knowledge to operators and technicians.
• A team player who demonstrates Team spirit, open communication, and passion for work.
• Willingness to provide technical assistance outside working hours if necessary.
