- You ensure that the GM ID Biscoff can focus on his core responsibilities and tasks, by supporting him with daily administrative tasks.
- You organise the daily management of the GM’s agenda. You maintain an overview of appointments and meetings and ensure a smooth organization.
- You develop and optimize PowerPoint presentations based on provided input and concepts.
- You organize the GM’s business trips from beginning to end, coordinating with external travel agencies, hotels, transport companies, and other relevant parties.
- You play a pivotal role in organizing ad hoc events, such as commercial partner meetings, customer visits, and participation in fairs, utilizing your organizational and coordinating skills.

- You hold a master's degree, complemented by a first experience as a management assistant.
- You possess a strong sense of responsibility, are detailed and discrete and with your organizational skills you are able to take on several projects simultaneously.
- You radiate drive, warmth and enthusiasm.
- You thrive in an international team environment.
- You are proficient in MS Office and show an interest in learning new software systems.
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
