You focus on its implementation, development, support, and optimization, while mentoring your team to deliver high-quality support, impactful changes, and successful projects.

  • Act as an ambassador for the SharePoint platform by leveraging your expertise and in-depth knowledge to promote its value across the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate new functionalities within the Office 365 platform and develop a roadmap to introduce features such as Copilot, Power Apps and data classification across various Lotus Bakeries locations.
  • Offer training sessions to empower users and build a strong community of site owners, capturing the needs of business stakeholders and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Participate in ICT projects as a representative of your domain, ensuring SharePoint solutions align with project objectives and organizational goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to business administrators to ensure efficient and effective use of the SharePoint platform.

Profiel

  • You hold a master’s degree and have at least 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Analyst
  • Extensive knowledge of SharePoint and M365 is essential, with additional expertise in Power Automate and Power Apps. Experience with Copilot is an asset.
  • Strong grasp of data classification principles and their implementation within the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convince and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Hands-on and proactive, with the ability to drive platform optimization while coaching your team to achieve results
  • Fluency in Dutch & English. French would be an added bonus.
