- Development of the biscuits, spreads and natural foods portfolio strategy (including pack-price-architecture, assortment & innovation strategy)
- Development of the Biscoff brand strategy & growth plan
- Full Marketing mix planning and best-in-class brand activation across touchpoints together with the TM Manager
- Brand performance tracking and identification of opportunities & risks in collaboration with the cross-functional team
- Monitor and drive Marketing effectiveness to ensure that our budgets are allocated to activities with best ROI
- Lead, inspire, develop and motivate the local Marketing team with 2 direct reports (Trade Marketing & Brand Management)
- Co-operate closely with local cross-functional teams, global teams and central functionsStrong business mind-set and a clear vision to further build our brands in the German markets are key to the success of this position, as well as pro-active entrepreneurial thinking and acting in combination with a hands-on mentality and a team player profile. The Marketing Manager role is based in Düsseldorf and reports to the Country Manager Germany.
Profiel
Professional requirements:
- University degree (Masters) in economics, marketing, communications or equivalent
- Ideally 4-5 years of Brand Management/Consumer Marketing/Digital Marketing experience, preferably in international FMCG companies with strong emotional marketing relevance
- Profound conceptual and analytical skills to identify and lift the right potentials with a clear measurement of the success
- Strong commercial mind-set to develop successful business cases and identify future opps & risks
- Very good knowledge in retail/household panel data to define and track the right KPIs for the initiatives implemented
- Strong experience in implementation and activation of Social Media campaigns preferred
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects, additional experience in working in matrix organization preferred
- Fluent (spoken & written) in German and English
