Customer Service Officer

The ultimate goal of Lotus Bakeries is to become the #3 Cookie Global Brand. Next to our own sales organizations, the International Distributors Biscoff Team is managing a group of over 50 distributors from all over the world. The team actively supports distributors and global partners in their ambition to grow Lotus Biscoff to the next level in their country by focusing on excellence in sales, marketing, forecasting and supply chain. The international Distributors Team has offices in Lembeke, Baar (CH), Hong Kong and Sydney (AU).   To support our International Distributor Biscoff team in Baar, Switzerland, we are currently recruiting a Customer Service Officer ID, reporting directly to the Finance Manager ID & Lotus Bakeries International und Schweiz AG.   You are the coordinating interface between our clients and our internal departments, making sure that questions get answers, problems get solutions and ideas become innovations.   We are looking for a Hands-on, flexible and client-oriented team player with a talent for multi-tasking.

  • You stand guarantee for a flawless and correct daily follow-up of the total order flow of a specific set of distributors.
  • You’ll be responsible for supporting your dedicated set of clients by not only providing administrative support, but also by pro-actively collaborating with internal departments to ‘get the job done’.
  • You’ll be involved in our export administration, where orders, invoices, logistic planning, certificates, client files and complaints form a regular part of your agenda.
  • Our sales & marketing team will also count on you for communication with distributors on specific topics such as packaging, price confirmations, S&OP,…

You’ll be in contact with many internal stakeholders; planning, expedition, warehousing,…;  to ensure an on-time delivery of the orders

Profil

We are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague who has the following assets:

 

  • A Higher vocational education degree
  • Your previous experience in a similar role (3-5 years) convinces us of your hands-on attitude, your knowledge of export systems and documents and your solution-oriented multi-tasking talents.
  • Given that your client contacts will span the globe, you are fluent in English and possess a strong intercultural flexibility.
  • Understanding of ERP (SAP) and MS tools is a must
  • A personality which is in line with our TOP values – Team work, Open dialogue and Passion
